Since 1979, Kemp’s Windows has been helping homeowners in Oregon and Washington improve their homes with replacement windows, entry doors, siding, storm windows, and other home improvements. We serve all of Portland, Vancouver, and most outlying areas.
Kemp’s Windows, Inc. has been a family owned and operated business for 36 years operating in Milwaukie, Oregon. Kemp’s sells and installs most major brands of windows, doors, and siding. Our most popular brands are Milgard, Cascade (formerly LBL), and VPI. Many styles and configurations to choose from include the following:

- Single and double hungs

We also sell and install cedar, vinyl, and fiber cement siding.

Our installers are licensed, bonded, and insured within Oregon and Washington, as well as EPA and AAMA certified. Our lead personnel are Installation Masters certified
Today we have several family members involved with Don Kemp as the principal owner and president. His wife, son, and niece are integral elements to the day-to-day operations. We also have the support of about a dozen tradesmen and clerical staff to better serve our customers. We’re proud to have a second-generation family company.
