• Why install new Windows/Doors/Siding?

There are a number of benefits to installing new windows/doors/siding. Energy savings, new windows/doors/siding can reduce your heating and cooling bill by an average 20% to 40%. Vinyl products require little or no maintenance in their upkeep allowing your home to look its best for years to come and add curb appeal to your home. Modern vinyl windows and doors are easy to operate; they won't swell with moisture so your windows will never be stuck open/shut. Also, the value of your home which has been recently fitted out with new windows/doors/siding will typically increase by the price of 3/4 (75%) of what you spend on the windows.

• Why replace the whole window instead of just the Glass?

Glass replacement is typically 2/3 of the cost of a new window. The window frame however is still outdated and less efficient. The glass replacement is only as efficient as the window frame it is placed in. Also, whole new window will look much better then simply replacing the glass.

• Why choose vinyl windows over traditional woods frames?

Vinyl windows and doors are low maintenance so they do not need painting and do not crack or warp. Also, vinyl window are more cost effective.

Yes we can. Your windows will typically be custom built at no extra cost to you.

• How will weather affect my windows installation?

Rarely. Only extreme weather conditions will effect the installation.

• Will there be any mess?

Yes. But here at Kemp's we do our best to minimize disruption and mess in your home.

• Can I paint the window frames?

Not if you have vinyl windows installed. Vinyl windows never require painting.

• Do the windows/doors/siding come with a guarantee?

Most manufactures provide extensive guarantees that range depending on the product.

• Do the warrantees cover glass for loss of seal?

Most quality manufactures will cover the seal for as long as you own your home, and sometimes even longer.

• Are there finance options available?

• Do screens come with the windows?

Yes, for any opening window with screens.
